If in case you wish to cancel your bookings within 15 days previous to the departure date, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation penalties. 

If you cancel your bookings within 7 days previous to the departure date, 75% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation penalties.

Day 1

Arrive in Leh

Our representatives will meet you when you arrive at Leh Airport. Once you get to your hotel, you can take a break and rejuvenate yourselves. Lunch, snacks, and warm drinks will be provided at the hotel.

You’ll get an opportunity to see the beautiful Shanti Stupa as the afternoon comes to an end. You’ll have a brief tour of the Leh Palace after seeing the sunset over the city. You can later explore Leh’s local markets.

Following these adventures, you’ll head back to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s sleep.

Day 2

Explore Local Sight Seeing in Leh including Chilling

After having an early breakfast, we will drive to the Zanskar and Indus River crossing. There will be stops at all of the significant Ladakhi landmarks along the route.

We will make stops at the Spituk Gompa, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Ladakh Hall of Fame, and Magnetic Hill en route to the Zanskar-Indus crossing.

To get to Chilling, we take the road that runs counter to the crossing and heads toward the Zanskar River. This route truly crosses the Zanskar River; it is a part of the well-known Chadar Trek, which takes hikers from Padum in the Zanskar Valley to Leh by walking across the Zanskar River while it freezes in the winter.

We spend the night in Leh.

Day 3

Leh to Rumbak Valley

Today, we will start the Snow Leopard Trekking journey. After having breakfast, we check out from the hotel and take a car to Zingchen, where our hike begins.

The trek route will travel from Rumbak Valley to Zingchen. You’ll need to test your stamina today as the trek involves a moderate incline.

You can see Snow Leopard in Rumbak Valley, so when you’re here, keep a look out for those magnificent animals.

We will spend the night in the homestay or campgrounds.

Day 4

Rumbak Valley to Stok La

We will hike from Rumbak Valley to Stok La and back throughout the day. Be cautious as there have been several reports of snow leopard sightings along this section of the trail. 

We will also climb to the Stok La Pass, where you can capture the breathtaking scenery and enjoy the beautiful and cosy environment. 

We will spend the night in the homestay or campgrounds.

Day 5

Trekking to Tarbung Valley

After an early inspection session, our knowledgeable spotter will lead us to the first viewing location. We will initially wait at Tarbung Valley, which is about a kilometre from our campsite, for the whole of the day.

To stay informed, our group will use walkie-talkies to communicate. The day’s lunch and refreshments will be delivered right to our location.

Day 6

Trekking to Husing Point

On day 6, we will head to Husing Point to capture the stunning views and snow-capped mountains. With the assistance of our trek expert, trekking will be easier and you won’t feel difficult while climbing. 

By early nightfall, we will explore the area for evidence of the grey ghost’s presence and movement before returning to our campground.

Day 7

Back to Rumbak Valley

Today, we will get back to Rumbak Valley, which is 3 km away and takes around 2 hrs of trekking. We will spend the whole day in Rumbak Valley and explore the stunning viewpoints to capture.

We can visit local markets, enjoy delicious food, and watch snow leopard trails as well as their footprints.

We will spend the night in the homestay or campgrounds

Day 8

Rumbak Valley to Zingchen

Today, we will return to Zingchen from Rumbak Valley. On the way, you will find numerous sights where you can take pictures, and enjoy the local culture, markets, and more. 

We will also make a stop at the famous Spituk monastery. Before night, we will reach Leh. 

Here, we will have a good night’s sleep at the hotel.

Day 9

Leh to Onwards Journey

After early breakfast, our representatives will drop you off at the Leh Airport from where you will catch a flight to get back home.
